Utility Global’s world class team of engineers and scientists came together in beautiful Golden, Colorado at the foot of the Rockies for a TeamTimeout. Having successfully completed a demonstration program converting steel gases in one reactor step into hydrogen, the team is now focused on delivering commercial reactors. Exceptional teamwork in addition to deep technical skills is required to deliver this promising technology. To this end, Brian Formato from Groove Management, an experienced coach and facilitator, led the team through two days of intense and fun subject specific learning and team building.
